Thank you for choosing Heartyculture. We work to ensure your products reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on www.heartyculture.com.


1. Order Processing Time

Once an order is successfully placed:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/public holidays may be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is:
    • Confirmed

    • Packed

    • Shipped (with tracking details)

Delays may occur during festivals, natural events, or sale periods.


2. Shipping Timeline

Delivery time depends on your pincode and courier partner availability:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Interior Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may apply based on:

  • Order value

  • Delivery location

  • Ongoing offers or promotions

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS

  • You can track the real-time status of your shipment

  • If tracking does not update for 48–72 hours, please contact us for support


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Wrong contact number

We will contact you to confirm updated details.
Re-delivery may involve additional shipping charges.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make two delivery attempts.

If both attempts fail:

  • The shipment will be marked Return to Origin (RTO)

  • Refund will be processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check


7. Delayed Delivery

Heartyculture is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistic partner issues

  • Political events, strikes, or natural disasters

  • Festivals or peak traffic seasons

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact customer support and we will assist promptly.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered at delivery:

  • Please do not accept the package

  • Take photos/videos of the condition

  • Inform us within 24 hours at support@heartyculture.com

We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per the Return & Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If Heartyculture offers international delivery:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees must be paid by the customer

  • Delivery timelines may differ based on country-specific regulations

If not applicable, this clause can be removed.


10. Delivery Restrictions

We may be unable to deliver to certain areas due to courier limitations, remote locations, or regulatory restrictions (especially for nutraceuticals).
If so, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
