❌ CANCELLATION FAQs
Yes, you can cancel before the order is shipped.After the shipping label is generated, orders cannot be cancelled.
You can cancel by:
- Going to My Orders → Cancel Order, or
- Emailing us at support@heartyculture.com
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
However, you may:
- Reject the package on delivery, OR
- Request a return after delivery (eligible products only)
Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before shipping are initiated within 2–5 business days.If the order has shipped, refund will be initiated once the product is returned to our warehouse and passes quality check.
If multiple items are ordered, partial cancellation is possible only before shipping.
🔄 RETURN & REFUND FAQs
- Damaged/Wrong product: Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Unsatisfactory product: Request within 7 days of delivery
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used wellness/nutraceutical products
- Opened food items
- Personal care products with broken seals
- Free gifts
- Clearance or final-sale items

- Reason for return

Yes. The product must be in:
- Original packaging
- Unused and unopened condition
- With all labels and seals intact
Courier partners may refuse pickup for improperly packed returns.
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, refunds take:
- Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days
Yes, replacements are provided if:
- The item is in stock
- Return request is valid
- The issue is verified (e.g., damaged, wrong product)
If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
