This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for purchases made through www.heartyculture.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
A. Damaged, Leaking, Defective or Wrong Product Delivered
If the product delivered to you is:

Physically damaged

Leaking
-
Defective
-
Incorrect product sent
➡️ You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
(Indian logistics laws require proof within 24 hrs.)
We may request images/video of:

Outer packaging
-
Product label
-
Batch number
-
Damage details
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.
B. Dissatisfaction With Product (Non-damaged products)
If you are not satisfied with the product for reasons such as:

Size issue

Colour variation
-
Not as expected
-
Personal preference
➡️ You must request return/replacement within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be:

Unopened
-
Unused
-
In original packaging
-
With all labels and seals intact
Nutraceuticals, edible products and consumables cannot be returned once opened due to safety and hygiene regulations.
2. Non-returnable Products
For safety, hygiene, regulatory and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Opened or used wellness/nutraceutical products

Opened food or personal care items
-
Products with tampered or broken seal

Items purchased during clearance sales

Free gifts or promotional items
-
Products damaged due to customer use or mishandling
Heartyculture reserves the right to refuse return requests for products that do not meet return conditions.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping
You may cancel your order before the shipping label/ID is generated.
After Shipping
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may raise a return request after delivery (as per return window).
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed once:

The returned product is received at our warehouse, AND

It passes quality inspection.
Refund Timelines

Prepaid Orders: 5–7 business days to original payment method

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund issued as:

Bank transfer, or
-
Store credit (if applicable)
Refunds will NOT be provided if:

The product is used or opened
-
The product does not pass QC checks

The return request is raised outside allowed window
-
Mandatory images/videos were not provided during claim verification
5. Replacement Policy
A replacement will be provided:

If the exact product is in stock

If return conditions are met

After verification of issue (damaged/wrong item/etc.)
If replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
6. Pick-up & Reverse Logistics
Once your return is approved:

A reverse pick-up will be arranged at your address

You must retain original packaging until pick-up

In some pin codes, you may need to self-ship (cost reimbursed as per policy)
Reverse pick-up is attempted twice. If missed, the request will be cancelled.
7. Important Conditions

All refunds and replacements are subject to inspection by Heartyculture.

Repeated returns from the same account may be flagged to prevent misuse.

Heartyculture reserves the right to modify, deny or restrict service to maintain operational integrity.

All disputes are subject to laws of India and jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
